This project has taken 2 years and over 150 open mic nights to complete, and is Part I in an intended Trilogy. Life has been bleak for a long time, with many trials and tribulations, so I have been organically drawn to the concept of Death for a while. D.R.E.A.M. stands for Death Rules Everything Around Me (based on the Wu Tang title) but also spells Dream. This project is also about the Dream and the Hustle. It is about the Ambition, the Grind, the Dream of Sleep, and the Dream of Aspiration, the Hustle, and then Death. This is the Death of people, places, ideas, contact, friendship and finality. End. This is my attempt at leaving a legacy. I hope to be remembered, but know that I probably won’t be.
